1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PiacPoint marketplace (piacpoint.com), operated by Ponos Business Services Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By registering as a seller or using the platform as a buyer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Definitions
- Marketplace – The user‑to‑user listing service where sellers post items or services and buyers contact them directly. PiacPoint never processes payments, shipping, or disputes for Marketplace listings.
- Direct Commerce – The integrated WooCommerce store where verified Company Sellers can sell products directly with cart and checkout.
- Seller – A registered user who creates listings (Marketplace) or, if approved as a Company Seller, sells products directly (Direct Commerce).
- Buyer – Any visitor who browses listings and contacts sellers or purchases products.
- Company Seller – A verified business seller approved by PiacPoint to sell products via Direct Commerce and to subscribe to premium tiers.
3. Account Registration
To create listings, you must register an account and provide accurate and complete information (name, email, phone number, country). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
Verification: For standard sellers, registration is sufficient. For Company Sellers, additional information is required (company name, tax/VAT ID, business address, etc.) and is subject to manual approval by PiacPoint.
4. Listing Rules and Prohibited Items
Sellers must ensure that all listings are accurate, truthful, and comply with applicable laws. The following items and services are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal goods or services under EU or national law
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives
- Drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia
- Counterfeit or stolen goods
- Human trafficking, escort services, or sexual content
- Endangered species and products derived from them
- Hate speech, discriminatory content, or material that incites violence
- Personal data of third parties without consent
- Any item or service that violates intellectual property rights
PiacPoint reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate the responsible seller's account.
5. Marketplace Transactions (User‑to‑User)
For Marketplace listings, PiacPoint only provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect. All payments, shipping, returns, refunds, and disputes are handled directly between the buyer and seller. PiacPoint is not a party to any transaction and assumes no liability for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of goods or services.
Sellers are encouraged to use the contact form and provide accurate contact information. Buyers should exercise due diligence before entering into any transaction.
6. Direct Commerce (Company Sellers)
Verified Company Sellers may sell products directly through PiacPoint's integrated WooCommerce system. Transactions are processed by the Company Seller, who is responsible for VAT, invoicing, shipping, and compliance with consumer protection laws.
PiacPoint may facilitate payment processing via Stripe or PayPal, but the contractual relationship remains between the buyer and the Company Seller. PiacPoint is not responsible for the fulfillment of Direct Commerce orders.
7. Fees and Subscription Plans
PiacPoint offers several plans for sellers:
Free Tier – "Piacter"

Tier 1 – "Piacter 1"
- 5 listings allowed
- 1 featured listing
- Edit listing, analytics and view impressions
- Price: €50/month (gross price; VAT and net depend on the seller's country of registration; the system will calculate and charge the applicable VAT automatically)
- Invoice download available
Tier 2 – "Piacter 2"
- 10 listings allowed
- 4 featured listings
- 1 urgent offer
- 2 listings included in Meta ads
- 2 listings included in marketing newsletters
- Analytics and view impressions
- Price: €150/month (gross; VAT calculated automatically)
- Invoice download available
Tier 3 – "Piacter 3"
- 15 listings allowed
- 8 featured listings
- 5 urgent offers
- 2 banner ad slots
- 5 listings included in Google Ads
- 5 listings included in Meta ads
- Ad content creation
- 2 listing slots in Top 30 for offline agents across countries
- 1 listing slot for Top 30 Product of the Month
- Analytics and view impressions
- Price: €350/month (gross; VAT calculated automatically)
- Invoice download available
Tier 4 – "Piacter 4"
- Unlimited listings
- Unlimited featured listings
- 20 urgent offers
- Unlimited banner ad slots
- 15 listings for Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, X, LinkedIn
- 20 listings for newsletters
- 5 slots in Top 30 for offline agents across countries
- 5 listings in Top 30 Products of the Week and Product of the Month
- Ad content creation and video ad production
- Analytics and view impressions
- Price: €1,000/month (gross; VAT calculated automatically)
- Invoice download available
Company Seller
- All features of the subscribed Tier, plus the ability to sell products directly via Direct Commerce (unlimited product packages for all Tiers).
- Custom pricing and needs are discussed after application approval.
- Company Sellers can apply from the dashboard under the Upgrade tab.
All tiers are available on a monthly subscription basis. Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount on the total annual price. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. Upon successful payment, an invoice is generated and made available for download in the seller dashboard.
8. Intellectual Property
By posting a listing, you grant PiacPoint a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform and in marketing materials (as applicable per your subscription tier). You retain all ownership rights to your content.
You may not use PiacPoint's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PiacPoint (Ponos Business Services Ltd.) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of listings, nor the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to pay.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PiacPoint, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your listings, or your transactions with other users.
11. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your listings will be removed and you will lose access to your dashboard.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.
13. DSA Compliance
In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), PiacPoint provides a reporting mechanism for illegal or harmful content. Users can report listings directly via the "Report this listing" button on each listing page. Reports are reviewed promptly, and actions are taken in compliance with the DSA.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
